PALAK KOFTA CURRY!!

This is a very innovative recipe...., where panner is stuffed in palak leaves.





















INGREDIENTS:
  • palak - 1 bunch
  • panner- 50 gm
  • chat masala - 1 tbsp
  • cornflour - 1 tbsp
  • chilli flakes - 2 tsp
  • salt
  • oil
  • garlic paste- 1 tsp
  • tomato onion paste - 2 tbsp
  • mix masala powder - 1 tsp
  • cumin powder - 1tsp

METHOD:
  • blanch the spinach leaves without stem (only leaves) for 2-3 min
  • roughly mash the panner and mix chat masala
  • roughly chop palak leaves and add chilli flakes, salt and cornflour.
  • use palak as base and flaten it
  • stuff panner in the middle and cover it 
  • deep fry it and keep aside
  • heat a pan then add garlic paste and tomato onion paste, saute for sometime
  • add salt , powder masala (given abv.) and stir
  • add little water and stir
  • later add cream ( 1 tbsp) and mix
  • turn off the flame
  • donot leave the kofta in the sauce
  • when it is to be eaten serve kofta and pour the gravy on it (kofta is delicate and may break if you leave it in the sauce)
  • serve hot
