METHI PALAK KADHI.. ;)

Spinach id good for bone health, it is also good for cardiovascular and heart health.
Spinach is rich in the mineral potassium and low in sodium. Potassium helps fight high blood pressure.
Methi leaves have many health benefits and also beauty benefits.

















INGREDIENTS:

  • curd - 1cup
  • gram flour (besan) - 2 table spoon
  •  chopped palak and methi leaves - 1 cup
  •  chopped green chilli - 2
  •  chopped garlic - 2 cloves
  • curry leaves  5-6
  • hing (asafoetida) - 1 pinch
  • salt
  • turmeric powder
  • cumin seeds - 1/ 2tsp
  • chilli powder - 1pinch
  • ghee - 1 table spoon
METHOD:

  • mix curd and gram flour with little water to make a thick batter
  • heat a kadhai and add ghee and hing
  • add cumin seed, green chilli and garlic, saute till garlic becomes golden
  • now add chopped palak and methi leaves and curry leaves
  • saute for sometime then add chilli powder and turmeric powder and immediately pour the batter to avoid burning of masala
  • constantly keep stiring the batter till you get 1st boil
  • then turn off the flame and add salt
  • serve hot with rice
