FRIED CHICKEN.. :)

A snack you will fall in love with, This crispy delight is full of flavors and taste.






















INGREDIENTS:
  • Chicken-{500 gm}
  • Corn flour-{1 table spoon}
  • Salt-{according to taste}
  • Garlic paste-{1 tea spoon}
  • Chilli flakes-{1 tea spoon}
  • Turmuric powder-{half tea spoon}
  • Ajinomoto-{1 pinch}
  • Egg-{1}
  • Chicken masala-{1 tea spoon}
  • Oil-{to fry}
  • Lemon juice-{2 tea spoon}
METHOD:
  • Take a bowl and put chicken in it and salt and lemon juice and leave it for 10 mins.
  • After 10 mins add Corn flour,Garlic paste,Chilli flakes,Turmuric powder,Ajinomoto,Egg,Chicken masala and mix it well....
  • Switch on the gas stove and heat the oil in the pan and then add the marinated chicken pieces one by one and fry it till it becomes golden brown and gets a crispy layer over it.[Make sure that you fry the chicken on medium flame]..
  • Serve HOT with Tomato sauce or Green chutney...........
