Instant PAPAD PARATHA :)
PAPAD are typically served as an accomplishment to a meal, or as an appetizer or snack, sometimes with toppings such as chopped onions, chopped carrots, chutneys or other dips and condiments. In certain parts of India, papad which have been dried but not precooked are used in curries and vegetable dishes. But today we are going to make a PAPAD PARATHA which is easy to make and is less time consuming.......
INGREDIENTS FOR PAPAD PARATHA:
FOR FILLING:
INGREDIENTS FOR PAPAD PARATHA:
- Flour- 1 cup
- salt- 1/2 Tsp
- ghee/butter- 1Tsp
FOR FILLING:
- Roasted papad-3(or as required)
- coriander leaves
- chat masala
- chilli flakes/chilli powder
- Knead the dough for paratha with salt and water and little ghee/butter
- Crush the roasted papad
- mix a pinch of chat masala because papad is already salted
- chop coriander and mix with crushed papad with a little bit of chilli flakes
- now heat a pan
- and stuff the papad masala in the dough balls
- and dry roast it or grease it with butter or ghee
