MANGO PHIRNI!!
- full cream milk - 1 lts
- basmati rice - 1 cup
- khova - 50 gm
- sugar - 1 and 1/2 cup
- green cardamom crushed - 2 -3 tsp
- alphonso mango pulp - 1 cup
- cashew nut and rasin for garnish
METHOD:
- boil the milk and after it boils
- add soaked and crushed rice in the milk
- cook till the milk reduces
- and the consistency becomes thick
- later add khova and cook for 5 min
- turn off the flame
- then add sugar (sugar is added in the end because it slows down the cooking process)
- and mix crushed green cardamom
- let it cool till room temperature then add mango pulp and mix
- then serve it chilled
- garnish it with chopped cashew nut and rasin
