ACHARI PANNER @ MY StYLe..

panner is a type of fresh chesse common in South Asian cuisine. It is creamy and is a delite to eat.
Its a good source of protein, keeps hunger pangs at bay, builds stronger teeth, and  helps burn more fat.
















INGREDIENTS:

  • panner- 250 gm
  • green coriander chutney- 2 tsp (can use achar's masala also)
  • tomato ketchup- 2 tsp
  • pepper powder- 1/2 tsp
  • salt 
  • chilli
  • butter- 1 cube
  • cumin seed -1/2 tsp
FOR GREEN CHUTNEY:

  • take coriander leaves or pudina leaves (1/2 bunch)
  • now add green chilli, salt, garlic cloves (2), cumin seed and little lemon juice (1 tsp)
  • blend it to make a paste
  • your chutney is ready



METHOD:

  • Heat a pan and add butter and cumin seed together ( because butter burns fast)
  • later add green chutney, tomato ketchup, pepper powder and salt
  • now saute for 1-2 min and wait till it starts leaving oil
  • cut panner into cubes an add to the masala
  • now add little water just to wet the masala but not to make gravy
  • now cover it and cook for 1-2 min
  • turn off the flame and your achari panner is ready
  • serve with paratha, roti, naan, or pulao
