EGG MASALA GRAVY!!

Eggs are incredibly nutritious. Eggs are high in cholesterol but they do not adversely affect blood cholesterol. Egg also raises the good cholesterol in our body. Eggs contain choline - an important nutrients that most of us don't get enough of. It is good for our eyes as it contain zeaxanthin and antioxidants also eggs are high in quality protein.





















INGREDIENTS:

  • boiled egg- 3 
  • boiled potato - 1 med
  • panner - 100 gm
  • chopped onion - 1 med
  • chopped tomato - 1 med
  • ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
  • green chilli - 1
  • curry powder - 1/2 tsp
  • turmeric powder - 1/ 2 tsp
  • garam masala - 1tsp
  • bay leaf - 1
  • oil
  • salt
METHOD:
  • heat a kadhai and add oil to it
  • then add chopped green chilli and bay leaf ( wait for 1 min)
  • then add chopped onion and tomato and saute it for 2 min
  • then add ginger garlic paste , cumin powder, chilli powder and curry powder and mix it
  • later add mashed potato and scrambled panner and saute it for  4- 5 min
  • when you feel panner  is cooked then add water to it for gravy
  • let it boil
  • wait till first boil then add boiled and peeled eggs in the gravy cover and  cook for 2-3 min
  • then before turning off the flame add garam masala and mix 
  • after 2 min turn off the flame and garnish it with chopped coriander leaves.
  • serve it hot with steamed rice or chapati
