Vegetable Cutlet or vegetable patties IS A SNACK ITEM MADE WITH HEALTHY BOILED VEGETABLES.............
IT'S A DELICACY THAT IS PREPARED DURING THE MONSOON DAYS WHEN PEOPLE SPEND TIME TOGETHER ENJOYING AND EATING DELICIOUS HOT MEALS..............
i MAKE THEM QUIET OFTEN AS THE THINGS REQUIRED TO MAKE THEM ARE AVAILABLE IN THE MARKET.................

vegetables:-
  • French beans
  • carrots
  • capsicum
  • onion
  • coriander leaves{chopped}
  • green peas
  • boiled potatoes{2 or more}  
MIX:-
  • cORN FLOUR
  • GARAM MASALA
  • roasted gram powder
  • PEPPER POWDER
  • GINGER GARLIC PASTE
  • SALT{AS PER TASTE}
  • CHAT MASALA
  • OIL{OLIVE OIL}
  • chilli flakes
  • SEMOLINA{FOR COATING}
steps to cook:-
  1. Grate the boiled potatoes!! 
  2. MASH THEM WELL!
  3. ADD MILK IF REQUIRED TO MAKE MIXING EASY!
  4. MAKE THEM IN THE SHAPE OF CUTLETS........ 
  5. FRY UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN..
  6. SERVE HOT WITH SWEET CHILLI SAUCE AND GREEN CHUTNEY!
