SIMPLE GOBI AND LAUKI KI SABZI!!
Lauki or bottle gourd is a very healthy and nutritious vegetable, it is cheap and affordable by any class of people. It also helps deal with obesity.

- chopped Lauki or bottle gourd- 500 gm
- gobi -250 gm
- pannch foran( jeera seeds. methi, rye, onion seed, ajwain, fennel)
- dry red chilli- 2
- hing (asafoetida)- 1 pinch
- garlic- 2 cloves
- chopped ginger
- oil
METHOD:
- cut gobi into med pieces and leave it for 5 min in luke warm water( to remove the insects)
- now heat a pan and add 2-3 Tsp oil and saute gobi with little salt
- heat a pressure cooker to save time and fuel
- add 2 Tsp oil in the cooker
- then add hing, paanch foran, dry red chilli, and roughly crushed ginger and garlic and saute it
- then add lauki and turmeric powder and add a little salt
- then cover it and cook it till 3 whistles
- now add gobi and serve it hot...
