THICK MANGO SMOOTHIE WITH GULAB JAMUN!!

MANGO is a very delicious and healthy fruit because it helps fight cancer of colon, prostate, breast and leukemia because of high antioxidant content.
mango has a lot of vitamins and minerals that helps the body feel fuller, and also its high fiber content helps clean digestive tract.

















INGREDIENTS:
  • mango pulp - 2 cup
  • milk - 1 cup
  • condensed milk - 1/2 cup
  • crushed cashew and almond - 3 tsp
METHOD:
  • grind the mango pulp to make a smooth paste
  • then add milk and condensed milk and again give one churn
  • garnish with crushed cashew and almond
  • serve chilled with gulab jamun or just smoothie alone.
