THICK MANGO SMOOTHIE WITH GULAB JAMUN!!
MANGO is a very delicious and healthy fruit because it helps fight cancer of colon, prostate, breast and leukemia because of high antioxidant content.
mango has a lot of vitamins and minerals that helps the body feel fuller, and also its high fiber content helps clean digestive tract.
INGREDIENTS:
- mango pulp - 2 cup
- milk - 1 cup
- condensed milk - 1/2 cup
- crushed cashew and almond - 3 tsp
METHOD:
- grind the mango pulp to make a smooth paste
- then add milk and condensed milk and again give one churn
- garnish with crushed cashew and almond
- serve chilled with gulab jamun or just smoothie alone.
