ALOO MATAR KI SABJI :)
It is an authentic North Indian dish with load of Asian masala. It is easy to make and it is healthy also because it contain green peas.
INGREDIENTS:

- boiled potato - 3 med
- green peas- 1/2 cup
- mashed green pea - 1/2 cup ( not boiled)
- sliced onion - 2 med
- ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
- chopped tomato - 1 med
- cumin seed - 1 tsp
- green chilli - 1
- bay leaves - 1
- coriander powder - 1 tsp
- cumin powder - 1 tsp
- turmeric powder - 1 tsp
- chilli powder - 1/2 tsp ( or acc. to taste)
- garam masala - 1 tsp
- mustard oil
METHOD:
- heat a kadhai and add little mustard oil
- add cumin seed, bay leaf and green chilli and let it crackle
- then add chopped onion and saute till transparent
- now add tomato and saute till it becomes soft
- now add turmeric powder and salt
- now add cumin powder, coriander powder and chilli powder and saute the mix
- then add mashed green peas and cook till it starts leaving oil
- then add boiled potato and green peas and fry for 2-3 min the add water
- cover it and cook for 10 min
- then after 10 min add garam masala and cook for 2 min then turn off the flame
- serve it hot with steamed rice
