CaRrOt AND rAdISH PiCkLe!!

This recipe can me made and stored as a pickle or can be eaten like a salad.
With high nutritional value and lots of flavor this recipe can win anyone's heart.

















INGREDIENTS:
  • carrot- 2 
  • radish- 2 
  • cucumber - 1
  • green chilli - 2
  • sesame seeds - 2-3 tsp
  • lemon juice- 2 tablespoon
  • fenugreek seeds - 1/2 tsp
  • onion seeds - 1/2 seeds
  • ajwain - 1/2 tsp
  • fennel - 1/2 tsp
  • salt
  • turmeric powder
  • chilli powder - acc. to taste
  • cumin seeds - 1 tsp
  • pepper seeds - 1/2 tsp
  • mustard oil
METHOD:

  • dry roast sesame seeds, pepper seeds and 1/2 tsp cumin seeds and grind them
  • chop cucmber, carrot and radish in logitudinal section (small pieces)
  • put chopped radish and carrot in warm water for 5 min and take it out
  • now mix carrot, cucumber, radish and green chilli ( whole chilli with just a slit in the middle)
  • and put the dry roast powder on the veggie with salt and lemon juice
  • now heat a pan and add mustard oil
  • add fenugreek seed, fennel seed, 1/2 tsp cumin seed, ajwain and onion seed and let it crackle
  • turn off the flame and put the oil mixture on the veggie and mix
  • garnish with coriander and serve
