YUMMY MOMO'S!!!!

Momo is a type of dumpling native to Nepal.It is similar to chinese baozi and jiaozi.
Its mouth watering taste is famous world wide,People mostly eat it out in restaurants but now you can cook this delicacy at home.
{IN THIS I HAVE GIVEN THE INGREDIENTS AND METHODS FOR BOTH VEG AND NON -VEG YOU CAN DIFFERENTIATE BETWEEN THE METHOD AND INGREDIENTS BY LOOKING AT THE "/" } 
INGREDIENTS:{FOR NON-VEG AND VEG}
  • Chicken mince [1 Cup]/Cottage cheese[500 grams]
  • Onions [1 Chopped]/Many other veggies.
  • Garlic paste [1 Tea spoon]
  • Salt[As per taste]
  • Turmeric powder[Half tea spoon]
  •  Curry powder[1 Tea spoon]
  • Butter
  • Oil[1 Tea spoon]
  • Maida[1 Cup]
  • Water
  • Ajinomoto
  • Coriander leaves
METHOD:
  • Take a bowl and add maida to it and add little water and make a dough.
  • Leave the dough for 10 mins to ferment.
  • Now,Heat the pan and and then add oil and fry the Onion/Veggies and Chicken/Cottage cheese till they attain a golden crust then add masala and ajinomoto .
  • Now,Take small piece of the dough and roll it flat with roller and fill the filling in it and close the mouth of the dough by making the momo shape by folding it like a saree. 
  •  Then turn of the gas and add Butter and Coriander leaves so as to retain moisture.
  • Then take a steamer add water in it and coat the outer layer of the momo container with butter then steam it until it gets a soft outer layer .
