VERMICELLI!!!
This dish is served in meals or in dessert's.In India it is very popular.It is mostly eaten in festivals and on every special occasion.It can be eaten cold or hot,I would suggest you to have it hot as it tastes best when hot.

- Vermicelli's [Roasted in ghee for(3-4 table spoon)]
- Almond powder [2 table spoon]
- Sugar [Half cup]
- Khoya [50 gram]
- Full cream milk [Half litre]
- Dry fruits [Cashew's,Almond's and Raisin's
- Cardamom powder [2-3 Pieces crushed]
- Firstly,take a pan which is kind of deep.Boil the milk in it and when the milk is going to boil add vermicelli's in it and after 10 mins add khoya,Almond powder and stir continuously.
- When the milk looks thick and vermicelli's looks cooked then add sugar,Cardamom powder and at the last garnish with the dry fruit's.
