ALOO KE PARATHE IN RICE DOUGH!!
Aloo ke parathe or potato paratha it is mostly eaten in northern India and its so tasty that i can't stop having it now,I introduced this dish with a twist i am gonna make it in a rice dough as it will get a crunchy crust and will be really tasty hope you like it...............
INGREDIENTS:

- Potato [Boiled and mashed 1 cup]
- Onion [Medium 1 chopped]
- Green chilli [3-4 Chopped]
- Coriander Leaves [Half bunch chopped]
- Carom seeds [1 Tea spoon]
- Black onion seed [1 Table spoon]
- Fennel seeds [1 Tea spoon]
- Salt according to taste
- Chaat masala [1 Tea spoon]
- Olive oil [2-3 Table spoon]
- [Note that these were for the filling and the below ones are for the dough]
- Rice flour [500 Grams]
- Water as per required to make a dough.
METHOD:
- First take a pan and boil 2 cups of water in it then when the water starts to boil add Rice flour in it and let the Rice flour stay in it for 5-10 minutes
- Now take an another pan and add 1 table spoon of Oil in it after heating add Chopped onions,Green chilli,Coriander leaves and saute them all for 10 minutes then add Carom seeds, Black onion seeds,Chaat masala,Fennel seeds after that add Potatoes in it and mix it well and then leave it at room temperature.
- Now take the rice cooked and let it cool or else you will burn your hand and then make a dough out of it and then take a portion of the dough and fill it with our filling and roll it into a paratha.
- When rolled into a paratha take care that it doesn't break care fully put it on the pan and heat till both the sides get a crispy golden layer.
