SAAHI PANEER!!

Saahi paneer is a Indian origin dish.This dish is mostly prepared on special occasions when our relatives come to meet us.This dish is mostly cooked in royal families because of the flavors and fragrance.Cook this dish and share you are gonna get hundreds of compliments..............

INGREDIENTS:

  • 250 grams Paneer
  • 2 Table spoon of Poppy seeds
  • 1 Table spoon of Cashew nut
  • 1 Table spoon of Almonds
  • 1 Tea spoon of Ginger-Garlic paste
  • 1 Table spoon of Onion-Tomato paste
  • 1/4 cup of Milk
  •  A cube of Butter
  • 1 Table spoon chopped Coriander seeds
  • Salt according to taste
  • 2 Tea spoon of Oil
  • 2-3 Tea spoon of Fresh cream
  • 1 Tea spoon Cumin powder
  • 2 Tea spoon of Chilli powder
  • 1 Tea spoon of Garam Masala
METHOD:
  • Firstly,We need to take the milk in a bowl and put all the dry fruits in it and let it soak and after soaking make its paste.Remember to peel the outer skin of the Almond
  •  Now take a pan and heat it and put Butter and Oil and then slowly put the Ginger-Garlic paste in it and saute it for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add Onion-Tomato paste and then add salt in the before mixture and cook all of them for 5 minutes.
  • Add Powder masala's and mix well.
  • Take the paste of dry fruit's and put it in the pan.Remember to keep the gas flame low while putting this.
  • After a minute add Cream and Paneer and then cover and cook it for 5 minutes on low flame.
  • After  cooking turn the gas off and put the Saahi Paneer in a bowl and garnish it with Grated Paneer.
This dish is preferably served with Butter naan or Roti.
