STUFFED BITTER GOURD!!!!


Bitter Gourd  tastes very bitter but has many health advantages.Bitter Gourd can be consumed in many ways like: In juice, In pickles and In many recipies.It helps overcome diseases like Respiratory  Disorders etc etc.Many of us do not prefer eating it as it tastes to bitter.The stuffed bitter gourd is stuffed with delicious veggies and spices of India.

INGREDIENTS:
  • Bitter Gourd [3-4 small]
  • Onions [2 medium]
  • Garlic paste [2 tea spoon]
  • Turmeric powder [2 tea spoon]
  • Salt [as per taste]
  • Chilli powder [1 tea spoon]
  • Dried mango powder [1 tea spoon]
  • Cumin seeds [1 tea spoon]
  • Fenugreek seeds [1 tea spoon]
  • Fennel seeds [1 tea spoon]
  • Coriander seeds [1 tea spoon]  
  • Oil [2 table spoon]


METHOD:
  • Firstly,Add water and salt in the kadhai and then put the Bitter gourd and boil in it.[10 mins]
  • Stain it ,After staining heat oil in the pan and then fry the Bitter Gourd in it till it gets a golden brown colour.
  • Then add the two chopped onions to a different pan and fry it.,Add Salt,Chilli powder,Turmuric powder and Garlic paste.
  • Then in a different pan roast the Cumin seeds,Fenugreek seeds,Fennel seeds,Coriander seeds and make the powder.
  • Then take the roasted powder and add it to the fried onion and add some water in it and add the dried mango powder also in it.
  • Then take the fried bitter gourd  and then take the roasted powders and onions and stuff it in the bitter gourd and then roast the bitter gourd for 5 mins.

Your yummy delight is ready!!
Serve hot with rice or paratha.......
