Manchurian!!

Manchurian is a very easy to make dish.The manchurian which i have made is full of vegetables.It's very healthy and delicious.You and your children would love to have this delicacy.

INGREDIENTS:
{For manchurian balls}

  • Kidney beans [Boiled half cup]
  • Onion [Chopped 1]
  • Capsicum [Chopped 1]
  • Green chilli [1]
  • Garlic paste [Half tea spoon]
  • Chilli flakes [Half tea spoon]
  • Salt [As to taste]
  • Turmeric powder [Half tea spoon]
  • Corn flour [1 tea spoon]
  • Boiled potato [1 small]
  • Oil [For frying]
{Mix them together to make balls}
 {For gravy}

  • Onion [Chopped 1]
  • Capsicum [Chopped 1]
  • Garlic [5 to 6 cloves]
  • Ginger [Half inch chopped]
  • Salt [As to taste]
  • Chilli sauce [1 tea spoon]
  • Tomato sauce [1 tea spoon]
  • Soya sauce [1 tea spoon]
  • Corn flour [1 table spoon dissolve in water]
  • Oil [ 2 tea spoon]
  • Tofu [Sliced]
METHOD:

  • Firstly,Heat the pan and put oil in it after wards add garlic and saute till it gets a golden cover
  • Now add Onion,Capsicum,Salt and then add all three sauces mentioned in the ingredients and then add water to make gravy,After 2 minutes tofu.
  • At last after 1 minute we can mix corn flour.Then add the manchurian balls.
Serve hot with rice and enjoy this delicacy with your family!
