PALAK PANEER!!!

In India cottage cheese is liked by every one and spinach with it makes a proper dish it tastes so yum that you will prepare it again and again try this delcacy at your home.......

INGREDIENTS:

  • Spinach leaves [1 Bunch]
  • Cottage cheese [100 grams]
  • Ginger-Garlic paste [2 Tea spoon]
  • Onions chopped [1 Medium]
  • Onion-Tomato paste [2 and a half table spoon]
  • Turmeric powder [Half tea spoon]
  • Chilli powder [2 tea spoon]
  • Cumin seeds [1Tea spoon]
  • Green chilli [1 Chopped]
  • Chaat masala [1 Tea spoon]
  • Pepper powder [1 Tea spoon]
  • Garam masala [1 Tea spoon]
  • Milk [2 Table spoon]
  • Butter [1 Cube]
  • Oil [1 Table spoon]
  • Salt according to taste
METHOD:

  • First clean the Spinach leaves and then blanch it for 5 mins and leave it in cold water  so as to retain its green colour then make paste of the spinach leaves.
  • Now take a pan and heat it and then put oil in it after heating add Cumin seeds in it and then add Green chilli in it and fry it until its colour changes.
  • Now add Chopped onion and saute it till it gets golden brown,After that add Ginger-Garlic paste and saute it for 2 mins then add Tomato,Onion Parted and cook for 2 mins more  then add Powder masala and salt after add Milk before adding keep your gas flame low then add the spinach pure and then add cottage cheese chopped and cover it for 1 min and then switch off the gas.
  • Garnish with Grated cottage cheese.....
