Methi Parathaa [Fenugreek leaf parathaa]!!!
Fenugreek is an European herb,It has been used as spice and for medical purpose for centuries.I have made this delight just for you!! After you taste this finger licking parathaa you will reach out of this world.

- Methi/Fenugreek leaves [clean and chopped 1 bowl]
- Flour [1 and a half cup]
- Curd [1 cup]
- Sesame seeds [2 table spoon]
- Chilli powder [1 table spoon]
- Onion [ 1 chopped]
- Green chilli [1 chopped]
- Salt [as per taste]
- Roasted cumin powder [1 tea spoon]
- Oil or Butter [to fry]
- Take a bowl and add Flour,Curd,Sesame seeds,Chilli powder,Chopped onion and chilli and mix them together to make A Dough.
- Leave it for 10 mins.
- Now.Take a small piece from the dough and roll it into thin parathaa's.
Serve hot with Tomato pickle.
