thE eGG pLanT !!!

I am back with one more Mouth watering, Healthy and easy to make recipe!!
This time i am gonna use EGG PLANT.Before jumping into the method etc. We must firstly know the advantages of Egg plant.

Egg plant stands in the list of world's healthiest food. It is essential to be taken/eaten as it a very good source of dietary fiber,Vitamin B1,Vitamin B6,Copper,Manganese,Potassium,Vitamin K etc.etc.

INGREDIENTS:-

  • Egg plant [Medium sized]
  • Olive oil [2 Tea spoon]
  • Garlic paste [1 Tea spoon]
  • Chilli Paste [1/2 Tea spoon]
  • Tomato paste [1 Tea spoon]
  • Salt [As per taste]
  • Lemon juice [1/2 Tea spoon]
  • Fennel [1/2 Tea spoon]
  • Cumin seeds [1/2 Tea spoon]
  • Onion seeds [ 1 Pinch]

METHOD:-

  • Firstly,take the dry masala's and roast then in a pan on medium heat.[Fennel,Cumin seeds and Onion seeds]
  • After roasting them put them into a grinder and make a powder out of it.
  • Mix the powder with all the other ingredients. [not the egg plant]
  • Next, we need to cut the Egg plant into round or oval type shapes and apply the mix on the cut out's of the Egg plant and leave it for Marinating.[]
  • Now,we heat a pan and add some amount of oil to it and slowly add the Egg plant slices one by one to it and Shallow Fry them on medium flame until they turn Golden brown on both the sides and then you turn off the flame and enjoy this delicacy!
Preferred to be eaten with a cup of tea.Enjoy this easy, Delicious dish with your family and friends!
This dish is preferred mostly in winter month's!!
Garnish with Coriander leaves and a slice of lemon.
